Luxury Rental Agent – Exclusive Villas

Position: Real Estate Broker
Location: Marbella, Spain
Type: Commission-Based

Key Responsibilities

Market and rent luxury villas to high-quality tenants through targeted marketing strategies and personal networks.
Conduct property viewings and present homes in a professional and compelling manner.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants, property owners, and partners.
Manage the entire rental process from initial inquiry to contract signing and tenant move-in.
Ensure an exceptional level of service before, during, and after each rental.
Stay informed about market trends and demand within the luxury rental segment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property rentals, preferably within the premium or luxury segment.
Strong sales and customer service mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a results-driven environment.
Valid real estate license in Spain is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of El Madroñal and the Marbella market is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.

Position: Real Estate Broker

Location: Marbella, Spain

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Rental Agents with a strong background in property rentals to join our broker team at Nikan Properties.

Ideally, you have previous experience working in the Marbella / Costa del Sol region of Spain, and a proven track record of helping clients find the right rental properties.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years experience in property rentals (residential in the premium/luxury segment).
Knowledge of the Marbella / Costa del Sol property market is highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Spanish or Scandinavian languages) are a plus.
Must have a driving license B.
